MediaDesigns provides a range of project and production skills in the areas of instructional systems design, needs assessment, data collection and analysis, content research/organization, technical writing, courseware writing/scripting/storyboarding for video and interactive multimedia, screen design, graphic art, digital video production, program authoring/programming, evaluation, training, and project management. Final products include interactive multimedia CD-ROMs, Online Learning, website development, digital video, and print support materials.

Sue Gradisar, owner/president of MediaDesigns, has a Doctorate in Training and Learning Technologies and more than 30 years experience as a writer/producer in communications and media production. Gradisar has extensive experience as a communications/interactive multimedia consultant for governmental and corporate entities. Gradisar has served as Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico for graduate-level courses, Video Techniques for Instruction and Interactive Multimedia.

Nicole Bunselmeyer, Vice President / NW Representative, has a masters in Education Technology and is pursuing her doctoral degree at the University of Washington. Bunselmeyer brings to MediaDesigns, Inc. over 14 years of experience in national and international sales and marketing. With a background in start-up and established software and medical companies, She has helped build and implement training programs for corporate partners, sales teams, surgeons, and hospital personnel. Based in Seattle, Washington, Bunselmeyer contributes to product and business development and operates MediaDesigns, Inc. in the Pacific Northwest.

MediaDesigns owns/maintains full interactive multimedia and digital video production equipment and software. For multimedia CD-ROM/digital video production, MediaDesigns has high-end PC and Macintosh development systems with high-end video capture/compression/digitizing/overlay capability and numerous software packages for CD-ROM and web-based program authoring, graphics, paint, and animation.
For digital video production, MediaDesigns has six broadcast quality digital recording systems (3 chip camcorders) and three non-linear digital editing systems. For DVD and High Definition production, MediaDesigns owns a High Definition field recording and editing system and professional DVD development software.
